The Health Screening Module consists of four parts:
1) Passport - This graphic reflects an individual employee's compliance with company COVID-19 regulations and is accessible by mobile and desktop. Single Sign-On is encourages to facilitate ease of use.
2) Employer Dashboard - Results and exposures are organized by worksite. Company admins can customize the automated notifications received by employees on their indirect exposure list, and the data can be visualized and downloaded.
3) Indirect Exposure List - Anyone who has shared a worksite within 48 hours of an employee ho has reported symptoms on the daily screening questionnaire or reported a positive test will be notified of potential exposure.
4) Daily Health Risk Assessment - Prior to working on site, employees will complete the daily screening questionnaire. This form is automatically populated with questions about signs and symptoms, and is configurable for additional risk factors of interest.
