Aside from communication on the Passport, Care360 will send notifications which may require your attention. These notifications can be found in the mobile application under the 'Notifications' tab on the bottom ribbon.
The following notifications can be sent in the Care360 application:
New User Welcome Email - Notification will be sent upon account addition to Care360 by your employer. This notification will contain necessary information to access your new account and participate in your company's health and safety procedures.
Risk Assessment Notification - You have reported potential risk of exposure to COVID-19 within your questionnaire, or you have not filled out your Health Assessment questionnaire in the timeframe required by your company. Log in and complete the Questionnaire.
Symptoms Notification- You have indicated during your Health Assessment Questionnaire that you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms.
Positive Test Notification - You have either submitted a positive test result, or you indicated during your Health Assessment Questionnaire that you have tested positive for the COVID-19 virus.
Daily Wellness Notification - If the option is enabled by your employer, there is also a Daily Wellness Notification email which reminds everyone to participate in the Health Assessment Questionnaire.
Direct Contact Notification - You were in direct contact with a confirmed case within your workplace (same room, direct contact for 15 minutes or more, etc.)
Indirect Contact Notification - You were indirectly exposed to a confirmed case within you workplace (same building, campus, etc.)
Indirect Contact Union Representative Notification - Sent to a union representative if onsite during a confirmed case.
Indirect Contact Subcontractor Notification - Sent to a subcontractor if onsite sure a confirmed case.
