1. Download the Care360 phone app for Apple iOS or Android, Google Play Store 
2. Open the app and press 'Get Started'
3. Enter your phone number
4. Once you've received a text message with a 6-digit confirmation code, enter it in the box provided
5. You will now see your User Passport. You are now in!
