1. Download the Care360 phone app for Apple iOS or Android, Google Play Store
2. Open the app and press 'Get Started'
2. Enter your email and press continue
3. Please wait for an email from Care360. Go to your email inbox and find the email. Please check your spam and junk folders as well.
4. After email arrives, complete the steps accordingly
5. Set a password
6. You will now see your User Passport. You are in!
