Please use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. Internet Explorer is not supported.
1. Navigate to the Care360 Web App
2. Enter your email (lowercase with no spaces) and press continue
3. Press Click to use Single Sign On
4. Select your company email account and login with the associated password
5. You will now see your User Profile. You are in!
