Logging on to Care360

There are three ways that you can access Care360 depending on your organization's configuration:


Single Sign-On (SSO)

Email and Password

Phone Number and Password


The necessary steps for each log in option are outlined below.


1) Open your web browser and enter the web address care360.carevalidate.com.

 
*We recommend Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari, Opera, or Firefox. Internet Explorer is not supported!



2) Enter your Email Address or Phone Number 

*Phone Number sign on is uncommon, and has to be specifically set up. Try your email address first.


3) If this is your first time logging in, you will get a notification to check your email for an account verification email. This is a security measure to make sure you are in control of your account.


Please only click the link in the Verification Email on the same device that you started with (If you started on a computer, don't open the link on your phone before completing the setup).





After clicking the link, you will be directed to set up a password or to enter your company Single Sign-On Credentials. These credentials are those that come from your employer and are what you use to sign in to your company programs and emails. If you don't know or remember these and you are prompted for them, reach out to your internal IT Support.



If you are making a password, it needs to have at least 8 characters, a mix of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and special characters.



Once your password is entered with SSO, or your password is created via Care360, you will be granted access into the platform and taken to your home profile screen.
