After a user has uploaded their vaccination proof documents, they will need to be validated. Each Vaccine Validation is coded by the Care360 User ID, found at the top of their User Entry.
Go to the Vaccination Validations tab in the Dashboard; If you are looking for a specific user you can search them here by their Care360 User ID. If you are simply looking to process validations, this is where you would do that from the list.
You will see all Pending and Failed Vaccination Validations listed here. Clicking on one of the entries will bring you to the Validation check screen.
Here you will see a checklist of requirements in order to validate the Vaccination Proof. All criteria must be met in order to consider the proof Valid. Clicking the check button verifies that data point, clicking the X fails that data point. Users will be notified of their Vaccine Validation or of their Vaccine Proof failure and for which reasons.
Once your selections have been made, you may click Submit, and then Next Vaccine Dose. If there are still concerns or irregularities, you can click Escalate to flag it for review.
