User Instructions for Care360 website on Desktop Devices
1. Carefully follow the instructions provided in your Antigen Self Test and perform the test
2. Go to Care360 and login per the instructions received in the Welcome Email
3. Click "Report Test Result"
4. Review the data consent and click "I Accept" to proceed
5. Enter test details and click "Add File"
6. Upload a picture (jpg, png, or pdf format) of your resulted test cartridge with the test result in the white square and "Submit"
7. The test result status will change from Pending to Negative or Positive. This usually takes 5-10 minutes and you will receive an email when this happens.
