This person has reported signs, symptoms, or risk factors of COVID-19. The default message lets the employee know that they have symptoms, but that they are not a confirmed case. The passport will turn orange (if applicable) advising of next steps. These may include: getting a free At-Home Test Kit from one of our partners or directions to stay at home until a negative COVID test is acquired.
NOTE: It is important to instruct the employee to contact their managers if they are not reporting to work in this notification
